Y'all will get a kick out of this

LA has to have her tonsils/adenoids removed this month (since that is about the only "optional" body part she has left, so why not right? Ugh).  So, our children's hospital anesthesia dept. has an online form you have to fill out that a nurse will review to see if a pre-op is needed.

They had ONE blank to list specialists and ONE blank for the phone number.

Ha.

I wish.

    hmmm...which one will you pick?

Perhaps a round of "eeny, meeny, miney, mo" is in order.

Well, I put "She has 4 active specialists at this time" for the dr. name.

Considering I had to check "yes" for so many of the "problem" categories, I know she will have to go in for a pre-op appointment.  It was a given.  I wish there was a box that you could just check to skip all the BS and go straight to scheduling.

Love her pillow case dress in your siggy!

That's hilarious.  The hospital we use a lot for MRI's requires a pre-op for all pedi paients regardless.  Our old pediatrician would just fill it out based on the last visits stats but our current pedi is kind of by the book and we have to go in for appts everytime (argh).

GL with the surgery hope she doesn't have too much pain!

ETA: My vision is horrible (really, i'm legally blind lol), I don't think it's a pillowcase dress, but still super duper cute!

DD1(4):VSD & PFO (Closed!), Prenatal stroke, Mild CP, Delayed pyloric opening/reflux, Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, Sacral lipoma, Tethered spinal cord, Compound heterozygous MTHFR, Neurogenic bladder, Urinary retention & dyssynergia, incomplete emptying, enlarged Bladder with Poor Muscle Tone, EDS-Type 3. Mito-Disorder has been mentioned

DD2(2.5): Late term premie due to PTL, low fluid & IUGR, Reflux, delayed visual maturation, compound heteroygous MTHFR, PFAPA, Bilateral kidney reflux, Transient hypogammaglobulinemia, EDS-Type 3

Thanks for the sweet thoughts for LA!

You are right in your edit.  It isn't a pillowcase.  To AW for a sec...it is probably one of my favorite outfits I have made for LA to date.  Photos really don't do the fabric justice (it is sooo cute with the little snails).  Sewing is one of my favorite things to do and it helps that I have a kiddo who will wear ANYTHING I make for her :)
