Re: Pregnant Mama roll call!
Woot! Congrats on a sleeping through the night baby!
18wks 3 days here... Feeling great! My mom felt the kicks for the first time the other day
Very excited that movement is starting to become consistent.
Next appt is June 11th, and I'm meeting with a new Dr in the practice.
I think we finally agreed on a girl name and I'm VERY excited about that, girl names have been so incredibly hard for us to agree on anything. June 27th is our a/s,... We were team green last time, but I am *SO* excited to find out this time!!!! Can't WAIT
Big sister meeting little brother for the first time-

UGH! Everything hurts! ha. Everything is going really well, I am currently searching for a bathing suit that I can wear through the whole summer (any suggestions?) because I am not missing the beach again this year. O loves the sand and so do I! I passed my 1 hour glucose test and of course I need more iron this time around. My next appt is June 27th and after that its every two weeks for me.
Oh....anyone else have belly button pain? I can't take it! Its the worst preg symptom I have ever experienced.
We found out its a boy this time! Yay! Dh was convinced it was another girl and the Chinese gender chart predicted a girl but we are excited either way.
And dd has decided her new wake up time is 6 am. Other than that everything is great! Lol.
I've felt better....I have been having the worst pain in my right knee. It is keeping me up at night..and waking me up pretty much every two hours once I fall asleep. I went to an orthopedist last week and he said it was pregnancy related since my knee wasn't swollen and there was no fluid. I am going to the OB tonight for a regular appt and I am going to bring it up to him. I'm just so tired, I'd love to sleep without waking up in pain.
Other then my awesome knee pain, I'm feeling good. We are trying to agree on a name but my DH seriously comes up with the most awful names.
Feeling pretty good finally! Still having m/s in the mornings, but it's manageable as long as I have some oj and food as soon as I get up. I've also had tons more energy - hoping it sticks around because I need it to keep up with Ev! Also feeling movement every day now. Just a few little taps here and there, but it's nice to have some reassurance that baby is ok in between appointments. Can't wait until the kicks are strong enough for DH to feel them.
Next appointment in is two weeks for our a/s! I did get the crummy news that I have to start the MSPI diet in 3rd tri this time, to try and possibly prevent this baby from having MSPI too. Ev's pedi said she'd had some success with it and read some research saying it could help, so I'm going to try. In the meantime, I'm devouring as much cheese as possible since it will be off limits in 9 weeks
.
Hope everyone has a great week!
Thanks for the heads up...I will continue to enjoy dairy for the next 12 weeks. I would love not to have to deal with MSPI again. Also, I gained th bulk of my weight in 3rd tri last time, so hopefully this will cut down on the weight gain
...Almost 15wks here, I plan on telling work in 2 weeks or so. I cannot believe I have kept it a secret this long. I got a little sneak peak at the little bean last Wednesday and the HR was 154 and everything looked good. I dont go to the doctor for another 3 weeks at which point I will have my A/S.
Next appt. is this Friday and then I'll get the orders for our a/s. I'm excited to just see baby, not too antsy to find out sex but that may change when the time comes. I'm feeling pretty great with the exception of my strange, strange m/s. Well, I guess it's strange compared to last time. It's incredibly random and the oddest things set it off. Like this morning, all it needed was for me to see a picture of olive loaf on the side of a truck and I about lost my breakfast. So that's fun, especially to DH who just thinks I'm making it up and being really weird. Gotta love 'em!
Failed the 1 hour glucose test, sugar in my urine, took the 3 hour on Thursday and haven't yet received the results. Pretty sure I know what is coming though.
Still in a ton of pain, I've resigned myself to having it the entire time. But it has been enough that we decided this will be our last pregnancy.
It is going by so fast, I can't believe I am already 3rd tri!
I'm 9 weeks tomorrow - just had my first US and saw that HB flickering away at 160 bpm. It was relief and a joy to see. Only physical symptom really is tailbone pain - I think it's my joints loosening up and carrying around my not-yet-walking 1 year old. I am starving, tired and moody, but I'm down -4.5 lbs, and glad that I'm not off to a bad start in the weight gain department.
Hopefully we get to that 12 week mark with no issue.
Glad you all are doing so well!!
