Spent the day shopping, then out bowling with a friend who was in town from Ohio....now DH is watching Jurassic Park on tv....so I thought I'd pop on here, and also check out a few more Christmas presents online...even tho I don't think I have any $$ left..haha

We did Walmart and Home Depot .... stopped a couple other places but didn't buy anything else.

How did your potatoes come out yesterday jkipp??
DELICIOUS!!!!! Everyone complimented on them! When making them I think I boiled them just a BIT too much because they started to mush a bit when I was peeling the skin off - but it certainly was easier than peeling them first! Thanks for the great idea!

Ooooh..I don't think i'll get DH to go there til there's a BFP....though I did tell him yesterday that all I wanted for Christmas was 2 pink lines....and he actually got it.

I think AF is on her way. I would have bet she had arrived while I was at Target, but nope. My guess is she'll arrive in the morning. Don't worry, you're first in line when I get my BFP! Unfortunately I don't think it'll be this month
Oh darn....I saw your temps dropped a bit..but...it's not over YET.
I think I may have finally O'd, or about to! Couldn't get a good temp today since I went to bed a little after 12 and woke up at 4 (tho honestly I was awake at 3:30)...and usually I temp at 6:20
I started boiling mine and forgot about them! I left DH to watch the stuff boiling on the stove while I took a shower...oh well...they were a little mushy, but came out perfect in my opinion. I used a little less than a stick of butter for 10 potatoes and it filled up a big 8x10 pan. Plus the brown sugar I only used maybe a cup - cup and half. So pretty good! DH has requested them for regular meals now...he said why only holidays?! Easy enough. :-) Glad they worked for you!
