SOOO not looking forward to this weekend

DHs grandpa is a HUGE fisher.  LOVES it.  As many grandpas do.  Anyway, he always takes his daughters-in-law (and 1 daughter) fishing every summer, and decided that the granddaughters are all old enough now so he'll invite EVERYONE.  Well, it would be a faux paux essentially not to go.  So, I'll be spending my weekend fishing.  Fun, right?!

I don't mind outdoors, I don't mind getting dirty.  I love to hike and camp, but me and fishing are not buddies.  I don't like fish to begin with, so I don't see a point in it.  And, apparently we fish from the banks, and I'm deathly afraid of snakes, so I'm already having nightmares about this.

    I'm going fishing this weekend too and I'm soooo excited about it! MIL decided she wanted to start the first annual family fishing competition so all of the families will be competing against each other. She's even having shirts made for us!

    The thing that is making me not want to go the most is that I am soooo busy right now, that I really don't have a weekend to "give up"

    Ty's is the 23rd as well.  And, usually I'd do A LOT on that Thursday, but it's the grandparents 60th anniversary and we're doing a big dinner, so I can't get anything party done!
