For the 1st time this summer, I was finally able to get into the swimming pool and relax. Oh my...it felt soooooo good! You become so weightless. Takes all the pressure off your back and joints and all. I became pain free! You can really feel the difference when you get out when you are quickly reminded just how heavy our baby bellys really are! So please...if you can, I highly recommend getting into a pool for some relief!

morgs8384, I'm going to Outerbanks (Duck)on the 16th, have a good time!!!
I have my own pool, and let me tell ya, over Memorial Day Weekend it was incredible! Never appreciated my pool more UNTIL I got the crap scared out of me when I went to lay on the raft... I was using my stomach muscles to scooch over and lay totally on the raft, then as I looked at my belly, it TOTALLY shifted to the left side! I thought it would permanently end up like that... I don't know what the little one was thinking, but he must have been confused with the amnio fluids swimming around, and the pool floating around, lol.

YES! I spent almost all day in the pool last weekend and when I got out I thought I was going to tip over. I couldn't believe how heavy I felt!! No wonder my back hurts all the time.
