I will cut right to the chase - I am pregnant! As you guys know it was a pretty bleak IVF cycle - my right ovary didn't respond at all and then I had premature luteinization, which I was told would likely decrease the chances of implantation. We had the option of doing a freeze-all but decided to bite the bullet and transfer one embryo on day 3 since we are about to move for a year for DH's fellowship and it was our last shot at cycling with our awesome nationalized fertility coverage here in Israel before leaving.
I was feeling pretty down about our prospects, especially because with our not-so-stellar IVF track record, it seemed like our chances wouldn't be so great with day 3 eSET to begin with. I suspected something was up last week and got a faint + on a FRER at 8dp3dt. Today I had my first beta drawn at 12dp3dt and it was 138. We have a loooong road ahead, but I am still really shocked, surprised, and happy that right now I am pregnant.
IUIs #1-3 (1x unmedicated, 2x Clomid) = 2 BFNs, 1 m/c at 7w3d
IUIs #4-6 (injects) = 3 BFNsIVF #1 = BFN
