sore belly button?

this sounds dumb, but my belly button really hurts. ?It's not popping out and there's no umbilical hernia, but it HURTS! ?Any ideas on how to soothe it? ?TIA and happy thanksgiving!

    get the twins to move someone is putting pressure on it most likely.  That works for me.

    I have gotten that before and one of the babies is laying on it or moving around it.  Like PP said, you should get the baby to move by rubbing and pushing them in that area.
