anyone awake? vomit question

I am a lurker, but since it is the middle of the night I can't ask anyone IRL.  my Dd woke up crying and had thrown up.  I took her to my bed and she threw up twice.  Luckily it was on me so I just had to wash up and change instead of strip the bed.  Anyways, we have been sitting in the living room for the past hour and every 10-15 minutes she gets vurpy and throws up.  Other than that she is happy as a clam, laughing and bouncing and clapping. At what point woild you put her back to bed?

Re: anyone awake? vomit question

  • If it were DS, is probably only put him back to bed when he goes back to sleep pb his own and isn't throwing up. Is also probably bring him in my bed. I don't think there's a right or wrong answer, just do what you think is best! I hope your DD gets better soon!

  • I would 1. Make sure she's getting enough liquids. 2. Bring her back to my bed with something under her to catch any surprises after she stops puking so often. 3. Does your pedi have an afterhours number? I would call. Hth!
