Miscarriage but feel preg

Had a miscarriage in Nov 2011 at 6 weeks. We told by a dr with extremely poor bedside mannners that it was a blight ova and nothing was growing. Qoute "shame on you for even taking a test. You probably miscaried a week ago". Never went back to him again but also haven't seen any other dr either. My issue is that since that miscarriage which was also my first pregnacy my cycle has been screwy. I spot now about a week before my period with cramps, nausea, and swollen breasts. It's like I miscarry every month.  Dont know if it is all in my head or what!  Can a miscarriage cause a hormonal issue this far out?  Also still ttc but AF is a ***.

    I'm glad to see you posted this on TTCAL. 6+ is not an appropriate place for this question.
