For those women who had their LO's early, (and LO was happy) first off, Yay for you!! Second, did you "have a feeling" that you were going to go early, or were there a lot of signs leading up to it? Or was it simply out of the blue?
I was having really regular braxton hicks contractions for about a week straight and my doctor said he thought I would go a week early, (which is next week) the last few days I really believed something would happen, but in the last couple days my BH really have slowed down to almost nothing and now I feel like I will be pregnant for another month!
So, did you know? Or were you completely surprised? I'm hoping that I will be surprised and it will happen soon!!
Re: For those who went early
In the beginning I had a feeling but not sure why. In the 2-3 weeks before his arrival I was starting to think he was going to be stubborn and come late. I had actually just asked my doc the week before how long would they let me go and she said 41 weeks so I was preparing for the long haul.
It happened completely out the blue. I actually thought the funny feeling was him dropping. I don't recall having any braxton hicks at all. I was completely surprised to find out I was actually in labor. I thought we would head to the hospital and they would say I was in false labor, partly because I didn't know my water had broken.
