DS is 5 months old. He's getting close to sitting up and is "army crawling" everywhere. Our boring toys aren't cutting it anymore. I'm looking for something a little more engaging for the 6-12 month range. Anyone have a specific toy that keeps their LO entertained?

She LOVES it. Honestly, she plays with it forever. At first, she just sat there and played with everything and I'd turn it for her. And now, she climbs all over it. It has an ABC, numbers, shapes function and then a music function and she loves both. I still have it on the floor, and I'll attach the legs soon, once she can pull herself up to stand.

My DD's FAVORITE toy is a bouncy ball. She goes crazy with it, grabs it with both hands and feet at the same time and then try's to bite it, it's hilarious.
DS's favorite toys are a sit to stand musical toy (below), and his musical table. Someone gave me an Ann B Dextrous toy, which "grows" with your child, and I have seen babies from 4 mo to a 3 yo play with it at my house! Honestly though, my son will grab at any toys that catch his eye (even the ones that don't have lights or noise), and just sit there and bite it and shake it for a while!
Re: Any interactive toy to reccommend?
Around the same time frame I was thinking the same thing. I ended up buying DD the Leap Frog Musical table,
