very cute surprise this morning

DD's preschool has been sending out emails about the schools graduation ceremony today. I never thought anything of it and didn't plan on attending since DD isn't graduating. I had a message on my cell last night from one of the teachers asking us if we were going today, since DD has been working so hard. I didn't really know anything that DD had been working on, but DH and I decided to go.

I am so glad we did since it turns out all of the kids have been practicing 3 dance routines since March. They also called all of the kids up one at a time for a certificate and a whole workbook full of projects.

Anyway DD did great and she was very proud of herself. I just wish there was better communication so I could have been prepared and invited grandparents.

    That sounds like such a nice celebration!  So random and weird though that they didn't let you know any of the details.  I LOVE little kids singing and dancing.  Can't wait for Owen's moving up ceremony for that reason.
