Right now LO eats anywhere between 2.5-3.5 oz at each feeding (formula fed) every two hours. I feel like when I am done feeding her it is only a matter of minutes before I am taking out a bottle from the fridge to bring it to room temp. Would it make sense to give her a little bit more and try to space out feedings to every 3 hours instead? Would something like that work? It would be amazing to have a little bit more time between feedings.
Re: Hours between feedings (ff question)
My LO eats 3-3.5 oz. every 2.5-3 hours... Pedi said you can stretch them up to 3 hours during the day... but wouldn't go longer than that until he is a few more weeks older... but then again, he is older than your LO...
I'd stay around 2 hour feedings for right now...

This is pretty much how our LO feeds. He was eating 3 oz every 3 hours, but I think he's going through a growth spurt because the last few days he's eating 4 or 5 ounces at a time. However, the time between his feedings when he eats that much has gone up to around 4 hours.
So pretty much we're still feeding on demand, but not as vigilant about the time between feedings because our pedi said that now that he's surpassed his birth weight we can let LO dictate how often he's hungry.

Ditto. I really don't know what the rules are for FF babies. I was told to feed on demand, no more than 3-4 hours between feedings. He goes anywhere from 5-10 minutes on each side, and sometimes goes back for more.
