I figured I'd post this, since Gregermis is out of town, and I'm actually working on a few things.

Here we can post about the things we make to keep our hands busy while our arms are empty. Whether it's knitting, crocheting, quilting, etc... doens't matter. It can be in-progress, completed, or just started. It can be something you saw on pinterest that you'd LOVE to do but probably never will (you know we all have those!). You odn't have to be crafty to post... basically there aren't many rules

I've been wanting to do a busroll, like this for a long time, because I have a weird little wall in our foyer.

I decided to make one that's more personalized, so I chose the stops on the commuter rail that my husband and I lived on when we were first married. I've transferred the letters to a canvas with transfer paper, and am trying to outline the letters with a sharpie, so they're crisper, but I think it's going to take me a while to do the painting.

I also have been living with a big empty space over our bed for a couple of years now, and it drives me crazy. I'm going to make a mirror like this for over it. It's just a tiny mirror with posterboard. I hope it doesn't look bad, but if it does, it wasn't a huge financial or time commitment.

I mad a template for the petals, and this should be an easy project to complete with a pair of scissors and my hot glue gun. Although looking at this picture, I think the outer petals may need to be bigger.
