Has anyone done thoes before? and did it help since i know they don't actually bring on labor unless your body is ready but did it help with the birthing and help soften things up?
I started both a couple weeks ago. My cervix has thinned more and more with each appointment. I think the primrose oil has helped. As for the raspberry leaf tea - IDK. I was told it would bring on contractions, but no luck yet. It tastes pretty good though, so it can't hurt
My midwife has all their patients around 35 weeks start taking evening primrose oil starting with 1 pill three times a day for 1 week then 2 pills three times a day for 1 week then 3 pills three times a day till labor.
This is to help soften the cervix and make those practice contractions productive.
