I was religious about doing Kegels during my first pregnancy, not so much with my second and now almost never :-/
From what I understand, I should be doing them pregnant or not for at least 5 minutes a day or I'm going to be a wreck in a few years.
Someone talk me into doing them.. Or convince me I don't have to ;-)

Another plus for squatting! Supposedly squatting helps open the pelvis and helps baby drop down into the pelvis during labor.
