How long did u rest after ET?

Ladies, how long did u lounge around the house before going back to work after ET? I had mine yesterday n went back to work today. Was off my feet most of the time n now am feeling pain. Since I had a smooth Painless ET am assuming its from Sunday's painful ER
Me:30, DH:33 TTC : 2010 Dx: March 2011 Azoospermia. TESE Feb 2012, Sperm was found. Me:All Blood work are good. Tubes are clear. IVF w/ICSI May 2012, 5/27/12: 12R, 3F, 5/30/12: 2T HPT:6/9/12 = BFP!     My ET was on a Sunday and I took Monday off. I went back to work on Tuesday. Feel better!

    IVF with PICSI #3: ER 9/8 (11 ER/8 Mature/7 Fertilized)/ET 9/13 (2 AA blastocysts transferred) 
    Beta#1, 9/26/12: 719 Beta#2, 9/28/12: 1,436 Beta#3, 10/1/12: 3,446
    1st u/s on 10/10/12: It's Twins! We found out on 12/16/12 that we were having two BOYS!
    C & D were born on 5/16/13 at 10:46 am and 10:47 am

    I was told to stay on bed rest for 3 days (including the day of the transfer). I will have my transfer either tomorrow or Sunday.

    IUI#3 - Jan 6 IVF#1 -5/18 - stims start (225 gonal f, 75 menopur, 5 lupron) ER 5/29 - 14R, 11M, 7F. 6/1 - Transferred 2 8cell embryos (grade 1 and 2). 8dp3dt +HPT, Beta#1 - 92, Beta #2 - 174, Beta#3 - 614, Beta#4 - 2010. 6wk u/s - TWINS! Baby A 114bpm, Baby B 112 bpm Baby Birthday Ticker Ticker

    I was told to stay on bed rest for 3 days (including the day of the transfer). I will have my transfer either tomorrow or Sunday. 

    My RE requires 3 days of bed rest as well. My FET will be on 6/6. He also said 4 more days off work, but I will rest over the weekend and then back to work on Monday :) I sit in my office on the computer all day at work, so nothing too strenuous.

    1.16.12 LAP due to Ectopic @ 7w, Right Tubal Ligation
    3.19.12 IVF #1 - Stims (Lupron + Gonal F + Luveris)
    3.29 ER - 6 snowbabies (ET postponed due to OHSS)
    FET 6/6 - transferred two 4AB snowbabies

    My RE said I just needed to rest the day of transfer and I could go about life the next day but just taking it easy. I stayed home for an extra day but Im 3dpt and still having pains and cramping. If you have a painful ER I bet the pains are still from that... I think that is what mine are from because Im still bloated. GL!

    RE told me if am on my feet I shouldn't go to work the following day. The nurse said as long as i take it easy n off my feet I will be fine. Am a teacher but tried my best to stay seated, but at a certain point I know I was pushing it. Am also still bloated, but not like Sunday.

    My RE doesn't do bedrest - they just said to take it easy the day of transfer and then could go back to regular activites (minus the pelvic rest :))

    I had no required rest time. RE said to just take it easy, nothing strenuous. So just hanging out around the house and napping. I think I went back to work the next day.

    I've always gone to work the next day. I think you will be fine (in that I don't think returning to work soon after will lower your chances), and you're right that the pain now is probably related to the after effects of ER. GL!
    IUIs #1-3 (1x unmedicated, 2x Clomid) = 2 BFNs, 1 m/c at 7w3d

    My RE told me that it takes anywhere up to 48 hours for the embies to stick so I was on bed rest for 2 days.....i've been taking it easy ever since too, i work in an office to i sit all day, DH has been doing all the chores and cooking at home and the dog walking is all DH too

    I was told 24 hours bedrest in bed and next 24 hours couch
    April 10 IUI BFN Sept 10 IUI BRN Feb 11 IVF hoping for a BFP! Feb 27 ER 28 eggs Mar 4 8 health eggs, 2 ET Mar 17 - Beta 180!! BFP!!! Mar 21 - Beta 1295!! holy cow what a jump Coming soon 1st Sono March 30!!!
