Lip sores? *Repost from AUG 2012*

I have an awful lip sore inside my bottom lip, and my tongue is constantly going straight towards it, its annoying, and it hruts really bad :(

anyone else with this problem?

    Is it one of those pesky ones from biting your lip? Or the super painful one you get from eating salty food? If it's the type you get from biting your lip, you can swish salt water to help it heal faster. If it's the other kind, good luck!
