Sucky update here. One one blast far enough along yesterday to biopsy, it's our only hope for a fresh transfer today.

3early blasts and (very unlikely) 3 morulas might be far enough along to biopsy today, but they need to be frozen today (results of PGD not available for 24 hours) so we'd have to do an FET if any of those were normal.

IF sucks!

Update: I was cleared to transfer, and it was set for Monday - was supposed to start my progesterone in ethyl oleate last night. Went to get the meds I ordered back in January (from my cancelled cycle) and found they expired 2/20. WTF? An urgent call to the on call nurse, she told me I couldn't use it - it's a compound and only has a 30-45 day shelf life. I never even thought to check expiration dates on it, because I'd only had a few months. She said I can "coast" on Lupron a few days, but I may have issues getting the progesterone as not many people store it (because of it's shelf life) so I'll probably need to have someone make it for me and it may be cutting it close. Seriously? I have a list of all local pharmacies and am ready to start calling them soon. Please, please, please let one of them have some in stock I can pick up.

QOTD: yes doxy ... again. I know I'm supposed to eat with it, because it kicked my a$$ last time I was on it. I guess I didn't eat enough with it a few days ago, because I was throwing up again.

I tried making some calls last night, but it was 8:45 when I realized my meds were expired and my primary pharmacy was closed. I'm hoping one of my local ones (my RE gave me a list of 5 local pharmacies) will have some so I can get started tonight. I have a feeling I'm going to be on the phone A LOT once "business hours" start.

Freedom pharmacy shipped my meds out the same day I ordered them and I had it the next day. Maybe that's an option!? I hope you get what you need. This whole process sucks.

QOTD: I didn't have any reactions but dh had a terrible reaction to doxy. He ended up in the ER on Mothers Day with esophagitis. He didn't eat for a little over a week and lost around 15lbs.

Yay! CVS Caremark is overnighting it, and they said they'd cover if I could get find a local pharmacy that could do a partial fill for me.

That's great Aegis! FX you can find a local pharmacy so you can start today!Nothing new to report here. A friend drilled a tiny bit of hope into me and DH suggested not testing. So this morning I didn't test. I'm not sure when I will again, but the next time I do it will most likely be the final answer which is terrifying.QOTD: I don't know if it was the meds or stress, but I did get some heart flutters. Other than that, no reactions.

Aegis I'm so happy you can get your progesterone tomorrow! I can't imagine how stressful that must have been.

Found out yesterday we officially have 8 frozen embies so that was exciting news!

QOTD: Lupron made me feel exhausted and gave me wicked headaches!

Well, i'm still feeling like I won the lottery. 19 eggs retrieved, 17 mature, 13 fertilized with ICSI and growing. I feel like i'm dreaming.

Nothing new to report here. A friend drilled a tiny bit of hope into me and DH suggested not testing. So this morning I didn't test. I'm not sure when I will again, but the next time I do it will most likely be the final answer which is terrifying.

I know that feeling and it's horrible!!!! The 2 we is by far the hardest of this whole process!!! I tested day 9 and day 11.... And ya know what I'm glad I did test the day before beta because when the dr called in a way I wasn't so taken off guard by the news and now that its over I'm glad I took the two tests I did. At first I regretted it but now I'm glad I did kinda of know the news and had time to think about the possible outcome. Good luck I hope it goes by fast the next few days! Hang in there!! Always keep your hope and positive thoughts!

GL to everyone. Big ((HUGS)) to such an amazing group of women! I love how supportive everyone is.

Update: most of you probably know that I got my beta moved up from Monday to today and found out that it was 102.5 which they told me was a strong number for 7dp5dt. They will test again on Monday. I should add that I took a test yesterday morning and there was NO line at all, so it was just too early.

QOTD: I was dizzy off and on during the first two days of lupron, but it could have just been my anxiety for starting the shots.
