Bloated???

Anyone else seriously bloated?? I have had about 3 people at work todau ask me if I am "expecting" (which is rude anyway). But I feel like I am 5 months along, I am so bloated!!!!!

Any tips to hide the bloat or get rid of the bloat??

I get more bloated as the day goes on, especially after I eat. I would love to hear some remedies!!

I had some with my first pregnancy. They were good for covering up, but didnt combat bloat.

Yup, I am super bloated. It comes and goes, but because this is my second pregnancy, I look pregnant when its bad.

Totally bloated here, too. And this is my second pregnancy, too, so I was wondering if it was just worse this time around because of that or if I just don't remember it being this bad the first time around.

It is absolutely disgusting and I have had it since about 14 DPO - it looks like I gained 10 pounds overnight and none of my form-fitting clothes fit. Gah. I have heard that the bloat goes away around 10 weeks, but I am really, really hoping it doesn't take that long...

Yes it will be I am afraid that I will have to tell my boss earlier this time because its going to be more apparent quicker!

I'm so bloated too, and glad to hear that I'm not the only one!! I only have one pair of shorts that fit right now!

The only thing I could find really about combating bloat is to eat smaller, more frequent meals. And to avoid greasy, high sodium foods.

Mine keeps switching off- one day I look super pregnant, and another I look like I have a flat belly- SO weird!

To help get rid of it, avoid salty/processed foods and drink lots of water!

I'm not terribly bloated yet but like PPs it's way worse in the evening. I've just been wearing loose fitted shirts. I bought the bella band but will use it when my jeans don't fit anymore.

Me too! It's hard to keep it a secret when I look 5 months pregnant already!

I am trying to hide it from people because they will notice that they were just complementing me on my weight loss two weeks ago and now my stomach looks huge lol It's just bloat but I have a feeling I will show early.

I'm wearing one right now Smile . I'm on the smaller side and have some serious bloat that's not going away, so I pulled out my old one so I could still wear jeans today.

I'm way more bloated than I was with DS; I didn't have a blump this bad until a couple more weeks it. Although I did "look pregnant" before I even got out of the first trimester.

Forgot to add as a way to hide it: I've taken to wearing looser fitting tops at work.
