Stitches, Scars, and Sexy Time

For those of you who's babies rearranged your lady parts on their way out, what have you found works and doesn't work at this point? Or if you've had stitches in previous births, how long did it take to feel normal?

We had fooled around and everything seemed fine but we attempted sex last night and it was less than perfect. With him on top it felt like the scar where my stitches were was being ripped back open. Me on top was fine, not as great as usual but not painful.
