Hi all! This is my first pregnancy and my first time posting here. I am 30 weeks along and hoping for a natural birth (taking Bradley classes). I'm starting to get nervous because my baby has been consistently head-up pretty much my entire pregnancy. I just had a doc appointment today and sure enough, still breech. I know I technically still have time, but I'm worried baby is starting to run out of room to turn. Has anyone tried to/been successful in using natural methods to flip a breech baby?? Thanks!
Re: Advise for turning a breech baby?
Have you tried everything on spinning babies? I'd try those first and see if you can get the baby to turn. It can't hurt to start trying now. Good luck.

I can't say for sure but I used peppermint essential oil to help turn my son. He turned breech at 37w. I tried all the spinningbabies this for 3 or 4 days and then my friend told me about the oil.
I rubbed some on my upper belly one night before bed and he was head down in the morning. I guess if you rub it where his head is, he can smell it and wants to turn away from it.
I went into it figuring it wasn't going to hurt to try. It cost me $7 for a bottle and maybe saved me from a c-section.
Good luck!
