(I totally posted this on the 1st triboard meaning to put it here... oh well)
My last pregnancy I tired to stay active at the beginning and then suffered from Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD). Which meant that I couldn't do much of anything or I would be in pain all the time. This time I'm hoping to keep active the entire time.
I'm continuing to walk daily. Once I move I hope to see a personal trainer a couple times a month so they can help me keep active and healthy.
What are you planning on doing/keep on doing?

I play softball three nights a week and will be getting into tournament season coming up.
This is hot button topic with DH since he feels like I should cut back, but my midwife was more than supportive with my last pregnancy and playing as long as I was careful and made sure to stay hydrated. I was much further a long as well. She also stressed the fact that since this was normal activity for me, continuing it should pose no risk.
I chase around my toddler all day
With my first pregnancy I continued to lift weights 2-3 times per week except during weeks 6-12 when I was too sick. I also stopped around 34 weeks because we moved and I had too much else to do to get ready for the baby. I stayed in pretty good shape though, and as a result I was able to lose most of the weight pretty quickly.
I forget all about my wiifit... I just vacuum around it. I must get it back out. Oh and I have dance dance revolution which is a lot of fun.

DH and I walk together almost every night afterwork and on weekends too. We have a route that is about 3-4 miles and sometimes we go more or less depending. The only time we skip is if the weather is nasty. We've been doing that since we moved in together, before we even got married, so my plan is to keep up with that as much as possible without over-exerting myself.

Wow! That is fantastic! How do you have time for that (serious question)???
I walk a ton (at least 4 miles a day) and plan to head back to the gym next week with my heart rate monitor. I will also be re-starting yoga (I have been on a month-long hiatus due to travel and then my BFP).
HA! I am a SAHM & my boys are 11 & 8 so I get my gym & tennis in before they get out of school. In the summer I go in a little later but still get it in.
