Any Shredders out there?

I bought the Jillian Michaels Shred DVD weeks ago, with the full intent of doing it on mat leave.  At the time, though, DD would only nap on me which prevented me from ever starting it.  Now that she naps in her crib, I have no excuse.  I figure now is as good as any time to start doing the Shred.  Did anyone else here do it, or is anyone here still doing it?  If so, are you happy with the results?

    I did it for 17 days straight. Then my In-Laws came into town for a week and I didn't do it. Then I never went back. Dang it! WAY TO MAKE ME FEEL BAD ABOUT MYSELF.

    Just kiddin. I definitely felt results. I lost weight, but I can't be positive as to whether it was the workout or just baby weight naturally falling off. I think you'll like it though...I mean I was SO SO sore after the 2, 3, and 4th day. Only bad thing I can think of is level 2 killed my knees. It's a lot of plyometrics.

  • I love Jillian's workouts  and do them regularly.  I shred DVD as well as the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Lean in 30. LOVE them!
