Hospital grade pumps?

I've been offered the Medela PIS by a few people but since those are open system I wasn't really comfortable accepting. Recently a friend offered to lend me her hospital grade Medela. Those are closed right? I mean, intended for multiple users?

I think the reason she has a hospital grade one is her third child was very sick when he was born. He is doing great now though! She also worked at the hospital at that time, so maybe it was covered by insurance or she got a discount.
