XP: Back from f/u RE appt...

I just came back from my follow up RE appointment. Basically, everything is normal and they have no explaination for the recurrent losses. The only 2 things that were sort of out of the normal range were semen morphology (2% but she said that since I don't seem to have a problem getting pregnant it's not something to be worried about) and AMH (it was at 0.9 and they like to see it above 1 - however she said it's so borderline low and my other tests results indicate that egg production/quality are good so again not to worry).

She gave us the green light to TTC again. I have one more progesterone test however she said since the first came back good (10.7) she was confident this one would come back fine. She said when we do get a BFP to call into the office and they will montior me closely with betas and weekly u/s. She said if no BFP in 6 months to call back and schedule another follow up appointment.

I kind of had a feeling all the tests would be normal based upon the few results the nurse had given me thus far. I don't know if I'm relieved that everything is normal since there is no real answer. But I guess it's better than finding out there is something abnormal and that IVF would have been our only option (which is not an option b/c we would be 100% OOP and that's not in our budget).

I am very glad to hear that everything came back normal! I know how frustrating it is to be on that line of wanting to know a cause for the losses/struggles, and wanting everything to be fine/normal.

I hope that things work out and that you are able to see that + again soon!

I'm sorry you didn't get more conclusive news. It sounds like your RE is on top of things though. My DH also has 2% morph, but since counts and motility are good both the RE and Urologist don't think that is our problem. I appreciate doctors that do not force treatment on you for the sake of making $$.
