Fun (indoor) activities for me and DH?

DH's business trip in Houston got extended but he's free Saturday-Tuesday.  What are some fun things to do here?  I'd prefer to be indoors because I just can't bear the heat.  Is it too weird to go to a Children's Museum without any kids? lol

TIA for any ideas.

    All of the museums are fantastic, and the Children's Museum is really fun with or without kids.  I'm also partial to the science museum.  You can go ice skating at the Galleria, and there's a fun upscale bowling alley downtown ("Lucky Strike" maybe?).  Also, it's a bit further out, but touring NASA is always pretty cool.  You get to touch a moon rock!  The aquarium isn't that great, as it's more of a vehicle for the restaurant inside, so I'd skip that.  Also take the opportunity to explore the food!  There are great restaurants.
