Gas?

LO has been grunting a lot the past few days.  His face turns all red and he stretches his head back and forward.  Is this gas?  Anyone recommend gas drops?he isn't really crying or anything so I assume it's not that bad?

    My son does that when he poops and has gas. Bodily functions freak them out a bit...I wouldn't be concerned if he isn't screaming his head off. You can try bicycling his legs and doing leg pumps to his chest if it is gas before using gas drops.
