Random health questions!

I am 20 weeks with spontaneous di/di b/g twins. I haven't had any problems so far (knock on wood) with this pregnancy (my first). But I have had two possibly non-pregnancy related things going on and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

1. My scalp is so tender in one spot, like when you wear a really high ponytail for a long time and then take your hair down. It just hurts to move my hair on the top of my head, and it's been like that off and on for a few days. What's up with that?

2. I have a little bump under my right arm. At first I thought it was an ingrown hair or a pimple under the skin (it's really close to the surface) but it doesn't seem to be changing and it's been several weeks. It is almost invisible to the eye, no redness or discoloration, and not painful but I can definitely feel a bump if I run my finger over it, particularly if I lift my right arm. Any ideas? My next dr. appt isn't until June 21. TIA for any responses!

I've got no idea about the scalp thing, but the underarm bump could be a lymph node. Not usually a big deal at all.

I had the scalp thing before I got pg this time around, it lasted for probably 2 weeks being really painful, and another 2-3 weeks being slightly painful. I have no idea what it was, I never went to the doctor about it & it went away.

I have the scalp thing. But I had it before becoming pregnant. Usually it's from wearing a ponytail too tight or high or when I don't wash my hair as often, it tends to get heavier and pull.

As for #2....it sound like what I have on my left elbow. I just noticed it last weekend. I was kind of thinking it might be a calcium deposit. I had one years ago on my wrist that felt the same.
