1. I am thankful that I was able to finally, just once, put Sophie down for bed without a major screamfest. That was a MAJOR boost to my confidence, since I had become almost completely convinced that I would never be able to put my baby to sleep again.
2. I am thankful that Sophie is actually napping right now.
3. I am thankful for my piano technician, who about an hour ago saved my piano from the ravages of the humid swamp that has been New Jersey.
4. I am thankful for my husband, who has come to my rescue more than usual this week when I have been on the verge of a meltdown myself.
I am thankful for DH 's help this week as I dealt with a bad breast infection.
I am thankful for DD STTN on Tuesday night when I needed it most...it didn't happen again last night but I was thankful for the first and only time she STTN it happened on a night I felt my worst!
Finally I am thankful for my beautiful DD whose smile and giggles bring a huge smile to my face every day and just melts my heart. I love her tons!
-My husband I and finally had a conversation about 'us', when they say adding a baby to your family changes your world they really are not kidding (although I would not have it ANY other way). Honestly in the passed few months we have pretty much lost wife/husband being completely put aside to mommy/daddy. We are OK and the best part is we can discuss this like the adults we are and understand one another.
-My son just being a great baby, whether he is sick or well he just smiles ALL the time. He makes being a parent the most rewarding thing I have EVER done.
-Having the opportunity to go part time at work begining June 13th and I cannot FREAKING WAIT
my parents safe return from europe, i love seeing them enjoy life and their travels! i was so happy to be able to take the time off work and surprise pick them up at the airport!
the cool weather this week, our AC is broken and it's nice to be able to sleep soundly and not sweaty!
I needed this post this week, more than normal, DH and I are having some issues and I am down in the dumps today so bring on the positive
1. I am ALWAYS thankful for having DD in my life, even when it is hard, even when I dont sleep, even when she has a major blow out in the middle of the night and covers us both in poop, her smile lights up my life and her cuddles melt my heart. AND thankful she is GROWING, I was so worried about her growth, I am beyond thankful that she is healthy just small
2. I am thankful for my assistant, she doesnt understand how thankful. She says she is just doing her job but she has no idea how much stress and anxiety she saves me. She is going on vacation next week and I am so sad to be without her for a whole week. Seriously she saves my life daily. I seriously would leave work in tears everyday if it wasnt for her.

I think we are turning the corner from this hellish past week we've had of sleepless nights, screaming for naps, no naps, not eating, etc. I think the devil who invaded my son's body has finally left. He's cuter than ever now!
We had our 4 month ped. appt yesterday and she just makes me feel so great. Whenever I leave her office I feel like iI'm doing a good job. I'm so thankful we found her!

I love this post! First off I'm thankful that DH works so hard to provide for us so I can stay at home. And I'm thankful that he sees I'm really trying to keep on top of things, for instance since DH works nights, he gets off for his lunch break anywhere between 2-3 so I stay up after I put ds down so he can have a nice warm lunch, in return when he gets home its usually time for ds' first feeding, so he will let me sleep and get ds change him,.feed him and lay him back down. Plus he's taken over the laundry job and washing dishes. I'm really thankful for that! Then I'm thankfulwhen on tuesday morning I wasnt feeling so good, ds laid quietly in bed with me, talking and playing by himself, and then going to sleep for another 2-3 hours!

I am thankful that my DH, Mom and MIl were able to take care of LO the past three weeks(they took turns) while I went back to work. I am so happy I could leave him with the women and manI trust the most. And they got to spend time with him.
I am thankful tomorrow is my last day of work and I become a SAHM! I can't wait to spend all day with my LO I missed him these past three weeks.
I am thankful for DH's new job which allows me to stay home and keeps him Texas rather than in South America half of the time.
I am thankful that we had a safe, fun trip to my sister's wedding (even if we are still waiting on a missing suitcase...), and that my son is a delightful baby and everyone was in love with him.

I am thankful for my MIL, my sister, and my mother who are taking turns watching our son until the end of the school year. We could not get him into our daycare until August, so they are lifesavers.
I am also thankful that my son has decided he only needs to be fed ONCE during the night. This was a big change from about a month ago when it was three to four times per night.
I'm thankful that our car is paid off!!! No more car loan. We own both cars outright. yippee!!!!
I'm thankful that DS and I can hang out in our PJs all day if we want to.
I'm thankful for air conditioning!!! I really want to like summer more, but ugh - the heat and humidity and bugs (that ALL bite me). Thank goodness for cool, moisture-free air and great big windows - we can see the pretty outside while being comfortable inside.

I am thankful that I have not one, but two babies who are so sweet and easy going and a joy to be around. Sure, they have their tough days, but they have the best dispositions and spend most of their awake time (and sometimes while they're asleep too!) smiling. They truly are our pride and joys.
I am thankful for a husband who is a true life partner. He has jumped into parenting head first and loves it as much as I do. He doesn't hesitate to get up at night and has this week off and is taking care of the girls all week by himself and loving it. And even though he's home alone with them all day when I said "hey, mind if I go to dinner with my girlfriend tonight?" he still said "have fun!".
I am thankful for families close by who love our girls dearly and love spending time with them. We have two sets of parents who will babysit with a moment's notice and just be thrilled for time with the girls. Even if MIL drives me batty, the girls are lucky to be loved so much by so many people.

1. That I have so many people in my life who care so deeply about my daughter.
2. That I have a husband who is so devoted to his family and has taken to SAH like a fish in water, because it certainly wasn't for me.
I am thankful for/that...

I am thankful for:
A wonderful husband who is always so supportive
My DD doing so well at daycare these last few days
My job, eventhough I dreaded returning on today...
Adding a little late in the day. . .
I'm thankful for my co-worker who has my back when my long-term sub tries to make herself look good by throwing others under the bus (me included).
