FTM with 3week old twins

I have been trying to get them to breast at every feed and they are not taking. I have even used breast sheilds. Is it to late for them to learn to breast feed? My pedi said that at least one feeding a day make them go to breast and if they don't then don't give them a bottle. I find that a little harsh.
They were born 4 weeks early so I am figuring that maybe I am too big for them. I have been pumping but only get about 2-3 oz. Thats all they eat now but I am worried that once they start eating more I won't produce as much as they need.
Any help is greatly needed. Thanks.

Agree. It's probably not too late but you really should get some help from a professional who can watch and teach.
