F/U Bumbo (PIP)

After all the encouragement from you all, I decided to get the Bumbo that was for sale for $15 on Craigslist. Picked it up this morning! Sophie was fighting her nap big time after I got home (what else is new?) and after an hour of trying to calm her down, I gave up trying and plopped her in it so that she could help me put away laundry. She seemed kind of stunned that she was sitting up but could see me, too. We made it about 10 minutes before she started crying -- I don't know if that was because of the seat, or because she was getting really tired, but I think that's pretty good for a first sit. Glad I grabbed a photo before the meltdown! (The photo's kind of crappy, since it was in a poorly lit room with my phone, but I think her cuteness makes it work.)

Yaaaay! I was also debating on getting the bumbo. Then after your post, and all the positive feedback, I searched Craigslist. I too found a bumbo for super cheap and the person lived about 2 miles away, so super convenient.

Is that a gap onesie?!?! I keep looking at that! Ben so doesn't need anything right now, but I love it!!! I like the stripes on the legs, too...Babylegs?

I love baby feet, too! I think this is one of the first times that Sophie has noticed hers.
It is a Gap onesie, with the little leglets that make it like shorts. I LOVE this one - it's terrycloth and oh so comfy for both of us. You should totally get it.
The legs are My Little Legs - same thing, though. I totally didn't mean to put her in all stripes - it just happened.
