Black Friday Deals...

Spill ladies, what did ya get? I didn't go out this year. My first year in many. I am usually the crazy one right there running with the crowd. Oh well...

    Nothing to exciting... just a few cute Carter's outfits for my little boy at 60% off.  And another couple girly ones as a gift for my friend who is due to have her baby in about a month.  And socks, lots of socks for myself and the hubby.

    I will never understand Black Friday. Get up at the crack of dawn and wait in line to maybe get a good deal? No thank you I will just pay the regular price!

    Oh how I wish I lived somewhere with actual shopping! I would have loved to go to BRU this morning. I have been checking out their website, but shipping is crazy and their website is extremely slow.

    yeah we are actually out of town at my parents, but they offered to pick the stuff up when it comes in (only about 2hrs away)  but we couldn't pass this up. my hb actually got up and went while I slept

    Paint for $.99 a gallon. I just moved 2 months ago and have 2 rooms left to paint. Bought 4 gallons...what a bargain!!!

    I bought a camcorder at Wal Mart for $249, they normally sell it for $329 and I bought a bag to go with it.  That is it though.  I went for my one thing and got the heck out of there.

    I went to BRU and got the Baby Italia Espesso crib, dresser/changing table, and armoire (crib was free!!!). Plus, I opened up a BRU credit crard (saved 10%) and used a 15% off coupon. WOOHOO!!

    Well, since I started work at 3 a.m. today (Starbucks), I figured I would go shopping when I got off at 8. I bought:

    EZ Bake oven for my FI's daughter

    15 Blu Ray & DVD's from Best Buy

    Ipod

    Tons of PS3 games

    Aaaand for myself, a few maternity shirts from Target.

     

    It was a good day...

    My Mom and I usually go and this year my DH decided to come along.  He was shocked at how many people are up early for Black Friday shopping.  But we got some good deals.

    We got a 32" tv from Wal-Mart for less than $400, an external drive for $88.88 and HDMI cable for $9.99 at Target. My mom got my brother a tv stand for $94 and a 32" tv for herself. 

    There weren't as many people out this year as last.  We got started at 4 and were done by 8:30.
