My baby had a terrible 3 wks, essentially getting up hourly after 12:30 a and up at 5:30 a. She has been better the past few nights since we removed her swaddle and have her in her room. However, now she is up usually around 12:30/1 again around 3 and up for the day around 5:30.
Ive tried the EASY program where you let her sleep 1.5 hrs then up, eat, activity and down for a nap again after being up a total of 1.5 hrs. Its pretty rigid in terms in terms of time slots (up at 7am down at 7p etc-neither which she will do) for each segment to take place, which just isnt realistic in my case right now.

We are not really in a consistent routine yet, but here is what we have so far. I try to follow her cues, but she has been going through a growth spurt the last few days and fighting naps, so who knows how we will look when we come out of this. The best you can do is what you are doing, keeping track of what she is doing and see what schedule emerges. I bf and supplement with formula as needed during the day. She has been starving lately, so I just follow her cues. She is also a lot more tired in the morning and can't go as long being awake.
But here is what I have been seeing on a good day. She takes 3 naps a day and sleeps around 11 hours at night with a few wake ups thrown in:
5:30-6am - wake up, bf
6:30-7am - bouncy seat/swing or just carry in arms while getting breakfast for DD1
7am - nap between 30-60min
8am ish - bf when wake up and give 1-2oz formula if still hungry, play in bouncy seat/swing/playmat as long as will tolerate, hang out with DD1 and basically watch her
9/9:30am - if only took short nap at 7am down at 9am, otherwise 9:30am, nap lasts about 1 hour
10/10:30am - 12pm - bf when wake up and supplement as needed, try to get out of the house, run errands, go on walk
12pm - bf/formula - I usually give her another feeding around lunchtime b/c she seems to be starving and also she tends to take her afternoon nap as longest at this point, so want her to be ready to go down and not wake up hungry after 30 min
12:30/1pm - nap and hope it lasts at least 2 hours
3/4pm - wake up and eat
5:30pm - start bedtime routine, bath every other day, bf/supplement and lay down to bed by 6pm on a good night (last night she went to bed at 6pm and then was up again at 7pm b/c she was so hungry and needed another 2oz)
9:30-10pm - dreamfeed, bf only
1-3am - wake up anytime during this time, bf only
5:30-6am - wake up and start all over again
Also, I swaddle for all naps and bedtime (escape proof swaddle is only thing she will not bust out of). And she sleeps in her RnP with white noise machine and blackout blinds.
