I write a food blog, and on Tuesdays I have a series entitled "The Skinny On Me" where I write a post about trips, thoughts, happenings, etc in my life. I decided that writing about our loss may help me deal with my feelings as well as help any of my readers that may be going through a similar situation. It felt really good to get it out in the open, but I have to admit yesterday was not a good day. I cried nearly every free chance I got, and moped around the rest of the day. Ugh. I'm not sure if I will ever feel happy again Anyway, here's a link to the post if you're interested in reading it

I'm so sorry. I hope you start to feel a little better. I enjoyed reading your blog. I think it is amazing that you shared your story. I feel like for something that happens so much it sucks that so few people talk about it. If this happens to any of my friends I want them to know they can talk to someone who understands and not to feel ashamed. I didn't realize how common it was until it happened to me. Feel better and my thoughts are with you.
