Re: Bi-Monthly 6+ updates...
Not much has changed on my end. I still haven't got the title to my car, boo! AND the b!tch decided to kinda break down. So almost $600 later and I have a fix that might get me 10k more miles before I need to replace the whole rear end. AND there was a recall for my make model and year, but of course when I called Ford, my VIN isn't included. Whatev.
The longer we go without TTC, the more I am ok with not TTC. I like the way our life is. I like being able to stay up all night if I want and sleep in if I want. I like being able to just put extra food/water our for our cats if we want to leave for an extended period of time. The longer we go, the less I have the yearning for a baby. Not that it isn't there, because some days it is overwhelming, but at this very moment, I am happy.

I am only 5DPIUI !! And already getting antsy. 9 days seems so far away.
I picked up my new truck last night..I was sad to leave my old truck. I really loved my old truck..but it was having some problems and a gas guzzler. I loved that it had a 3rd row of seats for the girls I nanny and for Bella of course!
My new one is smaller and only a 4 cylinder and I'll get many more miles to the gallon. It's got a sunroof and heated leather seats. I hope I can get used to having less room.
Here is a pic of my new GMC
LOVE that you are happy. I'm sorry about the car situation though - no fun!

My loss anniversary (1st loss) is Sunday. I'm feeling pretty bruised and weepy and just yuck. AF is also expected on Sunday.
DH and I agreed that we'd give it one more cycle (June) and then seek some basic testing. The July cycle is already out the window because DH will be OOT during my FW. I emailed my doctor to get her thoughts on pursuing some testing at that point, but I haven't heard back from her.

One of my EDDs is coming up on 6/1. I am trying not to focus on it but I've been saying that for the last three weeks. I was hoping my new job would distract me from being to sad on that day but my start date was moved so I won't be able to count on that. Also I have a loss date coming up on 6/17 and my bump anniversary on 6/22. Yeah these next few weeks are going to suck.
Other than that I am just taking it one day at a time. I finally got AF after taking provera and I am CD7. I'm charting and using the CBFM but I have very little hope left in me. I feel like I am just going through the motions right now. I know at some point I will feel better about things just not right now. I feel like I am stuck in a Howard Jones song. For those of you who are like what??? It's the song called "No One Is To Blame"
Honestly, I'm so glad I have you all who understand since no one IRL does.
Rawr - I'm so glad you are happy and enjoying life right now.
Vanessa - Love the new car we have an Acadia and love it. FX you get some good news from your IUI.
HungryHippo - ((Hugs)) you know how much love I have for you. I messaged you back yesterday.
Hopingforchange - Good luck with both your appointments. I hope they bring you some peace and renewed hope.
Delino - I'm giving you ((Big Big Hugs)) I am here for you if you need to talk. I know how much of an emotional toll a failed cycle can take on a person.
LauraKat - FX you also get some good news from your IUI.
Where is your trip to?
Basically nothing has changed with me. Still sick and still TTA. I'm getting really sick of writing that everytime but hey, it's the truth.
I'm sending ((hugs)) to everyone, I think they are needed.

So here's what's new with me.
Still rocking the bench. I'm on it until at least August.
In the world of work, we just got a big grant to continue my program for another year so that's exciting.
As far as house hunting goes, we were under contract, it didn't do even remotely well during inspection, we walked, and so we're back to the drawing board. Some day we'll find a house. We have a few others we liked and we took our parents to see them this week, so I'm going to start getting insurance quotes and such on them.
My family has been in town for about week. They left this morning and I know I'm going to get super homesick. It's been nice having them close.
I was trying to do my update when we had yet another power outage from yet another thunderstorm. We took my family to Savannah yesterday so I didn't have a chance to get online, but I just posted one now.
Me - started Femera this cycle - have an ultrasound tomorrow to see if it did it's job. Although, I'm having fertile cervical fluid for the first time in my life on CD13 so fingers crossed. Of course DH has thrown out his back, so this may just be a 'practice' med cycle if he's not feeling better asap.
I'm afraid I don't have a good enough memory to remember what everyone's up to, but (((Hugs))) to those who need it, fingers crossed for everyone facing IUIs/etc.

Sorry I'm so late to the thread!!
It sounds like there is so much going on! I don't have the best memory and didn't want to quote everyone, but how about a sparkling glass of BFP dust to all in need
and another round to help get through tough times.....
As for me, I am back on meds this cycle and we went to Femara 2.5mg cd5-9. Currently I am on cd8... I do agree with laurakat when she said earlier that during a "special" cycle there is a different kind of pressure and I'm so scared that it will hurt much worse if I get that BFN....
