I remember you mentioned a while ago you would be starting at the young school in Columbia shortly, and while we did end up putting down a deposit there, I was wondering how your experience was so far.

    So far its ok.  DD seems happy there.  I wouldn't say that I am completely enthralled with it, but then again I am scheming any way I can to stay home!  I think it is an excellent place for older children, they have sooo many activities and opportunities.

    BIP-- My mom watches my DD while I work but I did want to say that I used to work at Young School in Kings Contrivance in HS and in college.  A lot of times when you work somewhere you get background info that makes you think "no way in he11 would I ever send my kid here." But for me it was the opposite-- I know that if I ever need a daycare Young School will be my first choice.
