I thought I would pass along this great site I used with our first. www.firstannouncement.com is a cute way to send the"baby is here" text/email. I had actually forgotten about it but it randomly popped into my head today. I love that you prepopulate with all the emails and after birth you or your husband go in and just add the stats and a photo. It helped me so no one was left out. Best part - its free!

    at first i thought it was a great idea, but then was bummed that they didn't have any kind of template for twins :(
