What do you pay for acupuncture? Also, San Diego girls come in.

I am wondering what you have paid to have your acupuncturist come to your transfer to do the before and after treatment? I was put in contact with a girl in San Diego and it is $300 and it is for 2 30 min treatments. I thought that was steep, but maybe not. San Diego girls, who do you recommend? I want to look into other facilites as well.

  • I don't know how helpful this will be, but in Ventura County (north of San Diego a few hours) I paid $85/treatment, and that practitioner will not go to the RE office.

  • My acupuncturist charges $250 to come do treatment after ET. Instead I am going to her office 24 hours before and then driving to her office after I leave the RE and paying my usual $65. Hubby will probably drive me there after ET, and she said to only do it if it wouldn't stress me out.

  • I paid $300 for him to come to my RE's center for a treatment before and after transfer.

That was in Beverly Hills. Sounds about right to me.

It's expensive but I think it made a difference in my successful cycle!

Lynn, you know where I'm at. My acu charges $75 per regular treatment at her office and $320 for transfer day at my clinic.

ETA -- the $75 fee is for between an hour and a half and two hours, start to finish. There's usually a good deal of chit chat.
