  It is my MIL's name, so that is hard to get past, but I do think it is a pretty name. When DH first told me her name, I definitely thought it was pretty and unique. Her middle name is Antonia FWIW.

  My brain wants this to be Sabrina so bad... I think the name is pretty, but I fear people would misspell it constantly 'cause it's so similar to another name.

  I like it!  There is a lovely old church of Santa Sabina in Rome; when I hear the name (which is not often), I always think of it.

  I think it is beautiful.  It is a name in Arabic, so it was on our list for a while.  Beena is a common nickname in my husband's family, so very cute and familiar to us as well.
