thawed milk smell?

i've been paranoid that my baby's tummy is way worse when i use thawed milk & worried it's not good... it doesn't smell sour but it has this weird almost plasticky smell - is this normal?  or should thawed milk smell the same as fresh?  it may just be a coincidence but it seems like days i've used milk that was frozen while my baby was in the NICU happen to be days she's had really bad stomach issues.

    hmm yeah it is kind of a soapy smell i guess?  just the milk you thawed from the freezer or all of it?  when you thawed it was the baby okay eating it?  i wonder if it just tastes weird so she doesn't like it and gets more upset?  but she seems to eat it okay most of the time it's just later on that she has massive poops or stomach pains.  but she could just have them because she's a baby i guess??
