I generally buy balloons and have them filled at a party supply store. I don't know if you can take your own in, but they charge so much (seemingly, for what it is at least), that I bet you can. I'd definitely give one a call!

This is what I'm doing. I ordered a couple online from a party store, then I asked in the store if they could inflate them and they said yep. There is a charge, but it's nothing crazy. And I'm only getting a few so it's not worth it to me to get a tank.

Party City will fill them if you bring them in but there is a charge. Just remember if you take them somewhere they usually like to have to balloons the night before so they can fill them in the morning before they get busy.

Yes. I bought one at Target for less than $20. Super user friendly.
