will you write out your thank you notes as if your child wrote them (ie-thank you so much for the toy, can't wait to play with it!) or as if they're from you, DH, and child?[Poll]

I said "from the child" because I thought it was cute when a friend of mine did that for her kid's bday.

I write them in LO's voice because I have fun doing it. I fully appreciate that some people will think it's weird!

I personally find it super annoying when cards are written from the child's perspective.

I said from the child. I have been doing this since all of my showers. I think it is cuter that way and easier to write out in simple words since it is from them.

I used to do them from all of us but for her first birthday I have been doing them from her. I think it's cute! And really, the most important thing is sending a thank you, regardless of who signs it.
