I thought of all you this weekend. Cashew, I especially thought of you and sweet Aurora. I know there are others here who hold dragonflies to be very special too.

At least two dozen dragonflies surrounded MH and I Friday when we walked around the yard where we were staying for the weekend (same place we got married). They almost seemed to circle around us all morning. Later that day, we saw a dragonfly featured in an art gallery and then again in the tiny jewelry store where MH got his wedding ring. It was a custom pendant that had a really sweet story with it.

Seeing all those dragonflies flying around reminded me of you ladies, and how we rally around one another, and of course it made me think of our little ones somewhere doing the same.

Someone on the main board had a similar experience with an unexpected visit from a bunch of dragonflies in a parking lot last year. Anyone remember who that was?

    I don't remember who it was, but I love your story.  It made me smile Smile
    3 ectopic pregnancies (EDD's 1/30/12-tube removed, 6/2/12-methotrexate and 10/2/12-methotrexate)
    IVF and Natural FET resulted in BFN's and a hole in our wallets
    Natural BFP #4 on 9/7/12 gave us our miracle on 5/18/13

    Awwww I love it!! I have yet to see a dragonfly this year, but it's not quite the season for them yet.

    That's lovely. We were up at our cabin this weekend and there were dragonflies everywhere. There were two that hung around us for a while while we were reading on the deck - I liked to think they were Bean and Pumpkin coming for a visit.

    I'm not sure if I'm who you are thinking of, but I had a day last year where there were tons of dragonflies at my parking lot at work one day. Throughout most of the road I had to drive to get off the island too. It was amazing!

    Yes! I think I was thinking of your post. I remembered the theme was around getting a bunch of visitors unexpectedly and they were having a party or something similar to that. Smile When I saw how many were flying around last weekend I thought of that post and how cool it was to experience a "visit" myself.
