I'm looking to buy a few yards of PUL fabric and wondering if anyone has any reccs? I'm thinking of using it as a mat beneath the high chair and also as a waterproof barrier below the sheets when we travel.

Re: Crafters/Sewers - Where do you buy fabric?

This is probably the cheapest option. The Joann's by me has 3-4 bolts of PUL and they are ug-lee! Also, I think they're upwards of $9 a yard- not worth it to me. But my Joann's is also small.
I've ordered fabric online and found good prices on fabric.com, formandfabric.com, fabricworm.com, and amazon. Not sure what they might have in PUL though. You could try posting on the cloth diaper board since people who make their own diapers with PUL may be on there.
I don't love the PUL from Jo-Ann's. I haven't tried ordering PUL from fabrics.com but that's generally where I buy other types of fabric online.
I'd try asking on the Crafts board (they're all over on pro boards now, I'm on my phone right now so I don't have the link, but I can link it later if you don't have it already). The ladies over there are very helpful!

Thanks for the recomendations. The Joann by me has awful PUL and the people who work there are even worse. Additionally, the only PUL they have is Babyville, which gets 50% bad reviews for delamination.
As for using a table cloth, that's a great idea. I'm kind of wanting whatever it is to also double as a picnic mat for the park, too. I'll look into a waterproof-ish kind.
