Biopsy results are back

The GYN finally called me back about my cervical biopsy results today.  The report showed no embryonic tissue left, but stated there were signs of recent pregnancy and hormonal changes.  Overall, the GYN was very happy with the report and said we were fine. 

However, she said we should wait another cycle to TTC.  Previously, she said we could start TTC as soon as my 1st AF showed us, which was last week.  She said simply b/c I just stopped bleeding she wanted to make sure it was AF rather than the last bit of bleeding.  She agrees she thinks it was AF since my ovaries showed soo many follices, but she thinks it would be better to wait another cycle.  Boo! 
We did have unprotected sex a couple times this week since we thought we'd been given the all clear but we should be fine since I still havent even had a (+) OPK yet. 
We will of course be following the doctors orders starting now, just bummed to have another set back in TTCAL.  So c'mon AF...come on back!

    Sorry you're on the TTA bench for another month, but yay for a great report!
    It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.

    I'm glad everything came back good.  I am sorry you have to wait to TTC.  I hope this cycle flies by for you.

    TTA bench sucks, but I'm glad you got good results back. I think the extra TTA time has helped me heal more and to be ready for a new pregancy. My OB also said one cycle, but this "cycle" has been as long as three. And hey, at least it means we can still have a drink! *cheers*

    Yay for all the results coming back with good news!

    I'm sorry that you are benched for one more cycle.  However, just try to look at it as just one more cycle to heal.  After a loss, you can never heal "too much."

    No longer TTC. Diagnosis: Hostile ute. Heartbroken and bitter. Pursuing surrogacy.
    June 2013 - Carrier found! Could this really happen?!

    Yay for good reports! I'm sorry to hear about the set back--why does it always seem like there are so many of those in this process? But don't worry about getting lonely on the TTA bench, I'll keep you company! ((hugs))

    I can't say anything that PPs have expressed, but I'm sorry you're on the TTA bench for another cycle. Good news is that you're already a week through it, right?

    Lots of testing, all clear with the exception of compound heterozygous for the MTHFR mutation. 

    Cycle 1: Femara, trigger shot, Bravelle added due to slow response = BFN
    Cycle 2: Cancelled due to two cysts =(
    Cycle 3: Femara, Bravelle, trigger shot and IUI = BFP then loss #3
    Cycle 4: Femara, Follistim, trigger shot and IUI = BFP!  EDD: 6/7/14
