Help with boys names please!

So I keep trying to make it a clicky poll but I can't post it... so good ol' fashioned asking will have to do... which sounds good with matthew as a middle name?

1) William (Liam would be primarily what we call him)

2) Callum

3) Rowan

4) Luke

I love them all, great choices. We had considered Callum for DS but the only thing that turned me off was the NN Cal which more than likely people would have used.

My favorites are William and Luke.

Luke is my favorite.

I also like William, but favor Will greatly over Liam.

Rowan would take some getting used to for me.. it's NMS but I can see its appeal.

Big no on Callum for me.

I don't really like callum but I like the rest. We just had an intern at work named callum and no one can figure out how to say it! My favorite is Luke and i like less common names so Rowan also gets my vote.

I like Luke and William, but I'm not crazy about the nickname Liam. Rowan is NMS and makes me think of Mr. Bean (Rowan Atkinson.) Callum reminds me of the word calumny and I don't like that association.

Luke is on our short list. Rowan is NMS and William is too popular for my taste right now.

Luke and William are my favorites off the list.

I've chosen to go a little more traditional. If my baby turns out to be a boy (I find out on June 6th!) his name will be David Leland as my father's name is David and his brother who passed away a few years back was named Leland. Uncle Lee was a very important person in my life just as my father is. If you can't decide on a name based on your list, maybe you should consider bringing family into it. Who are the most significant male models in your life?

Part of me is hoping for a boy because I know the second my father holds little David Leland in his arms, he'll be filled with joy. He'd love a baby girl just as much, but he and his brother grew up very close and this name has brought back the spirit of Uncle Lee for him and the entire family.

Well Matthew is my H's name...and the only male i would name him after is James my late grandfather but that might also be a middle name...so we have considered family thanks

I love the name Liam...Luke is good too, but I'm totally partial to that name since our LO will be Lucas. I tried talking DH into William (nn Liam) but he wouldn't go for it. I also like Rowan...Callum is nms.
