My DS is almost 6 months. Today I bought a plastic kiddy pool. I just took out the isnert in his BG pocket. I have a swim diaper cover, but its pull up and seems like so much of a hastle to keep everything from bunching up on the inside.
I figure his pee wouldnt stay in regarldess, but as long as I'd keep the poo in were good. Right?

rump-a-rooz OS with no insert. In your own kiddie pool it don't matter but in a chlorine pool remember that it can ruin the pul so if you do that remember which diaper it was for next time.
I liked the rump-a-rooz better because it is the only one I have and I thought the double gusset would be a nice extra safety feature.
Yesterday was DS's first day in the kiddie pool (we never went to the pool last summer). I just did a regular cover with nothing. I thought about using a pocket without an insert but I don't have a lot of pockets and didn't want to waste one just on the pool. Is it ok that PUL touched his skin directly? He only had it on for about 20 minutes so I figured that was ok.
Anyway, I was thinking just keep the poop in.
I did not know this! thanks!
