I know that alcohol affects temps, but I'm wondering to what degree? For those of you that drink, do you see a major difference with 1 drink, or more? I'm assuming the more you have to drink, the more it can affect your temp. I would think that having a small/moderate amount shouldn't affect it too much.
Anyways, I had 1 beer last night a few hours before I went to bed. When I temped this morning, I noticed my temp shot up again. I'm wondering how much of this is an accurate jump, or if it's mainly related to the alcohol. I have definitely seen big temp shifts when drinking (you can see it earlier on my chart on the 20th, when I got carried away w/ wine & chat), but that has been when I've had several drinks. Of course, I also know everyone is different, but just curious in general.
Feel free to look at my chart. Any thoughts or opinions are appreciated, even if it's a throttling. :P

Re: Alcohol and Temping
My BFP Chart
This is for me too. If I get drunk though, I don't sleep soundly, plus sleep in way past my normal temp time, so it's usually way off.
