FTM-Help understand the I Play swim diapers

I saw all the great reviews for the I Play swim diapers on amazon but, what is the difference between these and disposable ones? 

 And what should I know about these diapers.  Do they hold in Pee?  or just Poo?

    They only hold in poo. Difference with disposables is that it's a plastic diaper that you can rinse and wash, and use over and over. So instead of having to buy multiple packs of disposables you can buy one or two and be set. Also I think the disposables start really big and the I play fits my 3 month old.

    Thanks... going to buy my I plays for the summer now.  I was confused because they seem so cost effective, I was surprised I hadn't really heard of them till now.  I thought I was missing something.

    Cloth diapering websites have lots of different options for reusable swim diapers. Most with adorable colors and patterns. Lots of online stores have free shipping too.
